When Pigs Fly was started in 1993 . Our mission is to create delicious breads by blending s large variety of ingredients together. We pride ourselves on the quality and the flavor of our bread. While bread is used most commonly for holding a sandwich together we know that it is and should be used for much more. Our breads will not only make you sandwich taste better it will make any meal taste better. You can use it to Make breakfast , appetizers, enjoy with dinner or as a stand alone snack. When you bite into a slice of our Mango, Ginger and Pineapple you will see large chunks of your favorite fruits in every slice. Some of our breads are staples in our product line , the most popular is the Orange cranberry and walnut for sweet breads and the spinach onion & garlic for savory.

We also make lots of breads as the seasons change. The Blueberry Raspberry and lemonade is a summer favorite and Jingle bread which consists of rum soaked raisins cran-rasberries , hazelnuts and homemade almond paste is a winter holiday favorite. We deliver our breads throughout most of New England and have 6 of our own Company stores. In our company stores the variety is endless. The Company stores get fresh deliveries every day and any bread leftover is donated to local charities. Besides breads out stores offer baked cookies , bread pudding cakes, olive oils and balsamic vinegars, jellies jams and even a line of When Pigs Fly clothing .
