Kitchen Local is the North Shore’s only permitted, shared-use commercial kitchen. We provide around-the-clock access to affordable, modern, convenient and kitchen work space and storage. Food businesses launch or expand without a large initial capital investment, minimizing risk and start-up costs. We guide you through the permitting/licensing process, connect you with resources, work with you on your business concept and strategic planning, and help promote your business.

Kitchen Local is a 1,200 square foot, full-service commercial kitchen and storage facility. There are two complete kitchen work stations; on-site dry, cold and frozen storage areas; and a packaging area. Our kitchen stations can be rented separately or as one full kitchen for exclusive use. The facility is equipped with top-of-the-line commercial equipment as well as an array of small wares.
