Just Jane’s lovingly hand-crafts artisan jams in small batches using local New England fruits. She continues to use the traditional methods of making jam, using fruits and berries at the peak of ripeness for the most intense flavor. There are no artificial ingredients—only citrus-based pectin, pure cane sugar, and the highest quality fruit. The flavors are unique combinations of fruit, with some special blends that include nuts, chocolate and liquor.
