This is a family run cooking sauce business from a family line of chefs that had more requests from neighbors to keep making these sauces for them.  So we made them for everyone. We created a line of soy sauce based cooking sauces that can make a meal ready in an instant without marinating for hours. Great with all lines of protein :  Beef, Chicken, Pork and great on Steak fish like Salmon and my Ginger Garlic Sauce, Tuna, Sword and Scallops and Shrimp.  These sauces work great on rices and vegetables not to mention Tofu, Tempeah and Seitan.  All of our sauces are Fat Free & Oil Free, they are concentrated , I do NOT cut my sauces with water, we are presertative free and all natural.  You can use many methods when cooking with my sauces you can saute, pan fry, grill, BBQ or Roast in the oven.  Whatever method you feel comfortable with, the results will be the same,  all your guest will be asking what you did to that meal… All of our products are available in Retail, Gallon and 5 Gallon Pails.
